Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Work with assigned line of business and define their EDI needs, analyze possible solutions, define project plans and implement as directed.

• Ensure EDI transmissions meet platform specifications in terms of business requirements, application design and infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define product development tasks and estimates.
• Develop, implement and/or modify business process to support automation with new or existing trading partners and/or customers.
• Work closely with EDI development staff to provide break fix analysis on existing processes.
• Troubleshoot all reported errors and provide proper documentation and feedback.
• Routinely review customer auditing guidelines to ensure proper procedures are always being followed.
• Resolve auditing errors and determine if customer audit procedure changes are needed.
• Verbally communicate with management and/or account managers to understand any changes or concerns in auditing procedures.
• Provide management with insight into any customer specific issues or trends that adversely effect the auditing process.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 2+ years related experience required.
• Previous experience troubleshooting and resolving daily EDI issues required.
• Previous experience with mapping programs required.
• Previous experience in logistics applications and/or processes required.
• Experience with TMW program and functionality preferred.
• Bachelors' in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Report generation
• Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
• Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies
• Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful
