EDI Analyst - Hybrid (Atlanta)
Job Description
Reporting to the Integration Application Manager the incumbent will manage EDI trading partner onboarding and maintenance, manage EDI communication setup/maintenance, EDI error troubleshooting and support, as well as other duties as assigned.
Candidates must reside in or around the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- EDI error troubleshooting and support, EDI related helpdesk
- Review of inbound/outbound EDI errors in CIC cockpit hourly - customer and supply chain
- Review and respond to helpdesk tickets within SLA
- Troubleshoot EDI errors to resolution or escalation
- EDI Trading Partner onboarding, maintenance, and support
- Process new trading partner setup requests - including acting as primary point of contact, reviewing testing guidelines, and completing initial communications set-up
- Maintain AS2 and/or other EDI communication methods
- EDI related administrative duties and project tasks as assigned
- Data cleanup, partner profile updates and maintenance
- Ad Hoc data requests
Education/Experience
- Associated, Bachelors, or Certification
- 3-5 years of EDI or related IT support
