EDI Analyst

The EDI Analyst will have expertise in Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM MQ, Cleo. This position will be responsible for map development management and providing production support as required. You'll manage the plans and technology roadmaps and provide support for core software, data and EDI infrastructure components within the B2B integration team. The ideal candidate will have experience design, developing, and implementing of EDI solutions in support of new customer launches and existing business. Should have experience of EDIFACT, X12, XML, CSV, VDA, IDOC mapping.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

This role has an impact on our operational capabilities, business services and ability to service customers. On call rotation is also needed to support our 24x7 production plant needs.

Job Contributions- what will you do

TECHNICAL REQUIRMENTS:• EDI Setups, mapping, Envelope configs.• Communication with multiple business users on Sterling Integrator mappings• Making changes to existing partner EDI setups to meet internal and external requirements• Design, develop and implement solutions based on standards and processes .• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, restore services and perform root cause analysis.• Knowledge of various protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTPS, MQ, OFTP etc.• Knowledge about ssl certificates, ssh key, pgp encryption.• Unix/Linux operating systems;• SQL query with Oracle DB;• Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, and Point (maybe with an IT position, this experience with MS tools is an assumed skill).

TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION• Ability to communicate effectively with different teams within the organization• Provide timely updates so that progress against each individual incident can be updated as required• Write and review high quality technical documentation• Able to manage work independently.

Experience and Qualifications• 3+ years of IT experience• 2+ years' experience working with Sterling B2B Integrator, Websphere MQ, Cleo.• 2+ years' experience with scripting to enable automation of standard activities• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proven record for identifying and diagnosing problems, and solving complex problems with simple, logical solutions.• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical issues and concepts to multiple organization levels.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
