How YOU will make a Difference:
You will play a key role in the implementation of new client groups by coordinating directly with our clients, brokers, and vendors to transition enrollment to a file sharing platform and provide ongoing file data management support. You will ensure that HIPAA x12 834 integrations run smoothly and that troubleshooting is handled in a timely and efficient manner. Your work will have a direct impact on how clients and brokers experience HMA!
What YOU will do:
  • Maintain EDI x12 834 integrations, including but not limited to, daily file processing, ongoing maintenance, technical support (internal & external clients), and EDI System configuration
  • Facilitate proactive and timely communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Onboard and implement new 834 x12 integrations with established and new external Vendors
  • Perform end-to-end troubleshooting in Edifecs & QicLink
  • Manages relationships with external HRIS Vendors to streamline the implementation & renewal process
  • Manage & prioritize multiple projects and support tickets simultaneously
  • Complete configuration and training for HMA's online enrollment tool, Web Enroll

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years' previous EDI experience; HIPAA x 12 834 experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with Edifecs and processing 834 files is preferred
  • You are results driven, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. You can communicate with all levels of personnel internally and externally
  • Passionate about delighting customers by consistently exceeding their expectations
  • Eager to be part of a fun, collaborative, fast-paced team

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $72,000-$94,000 p/yr and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
