Responsibilities:

• You are a creative partner to our creative and social teams in creating video assets.

• Provides invaluable creative input on all initial scripts and throughout the production process.

• Responsible for editing video content for client and internal needs, per specifications of the job.

• Work closely with producers and creative teams, screens cuts throughout the approval process.

• Addresses all agency and/or client edit changes with quality output and schedule in mind.

• Archives all footage at the conclusion of each job per the internal process.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Owns any other duties/responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

• Maintains all equipment used. 

Skills:

• Must have an ability and hunger to communicate through the medium of video
• Candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and a self-starter. Individual must be cool and calm under pressure, have the ability to manage tight timelines, and have a diplomatic and problem-solving attitude under stressful situations
• Must also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or 4 or more years of equivalent experience.

Additional Software Skills a Plus:

• Experience with motion design, color correction, color treatment, and music selection.

• Experience with cameras, composition, and lighting.
