How you will make an impact:

• Own the administration of content publishing
• Format draft posts in our CMS and prepare them for publication
• Coordinate with our design team to secure imagery as needed for content pieces
• Create and add charts, tables, and graphics to content as needed
• Download and format stock images needed for editorial content
• Create and curate a digital filing system for all Insurify editorial imagery
• Implement SEO updates to content at the discretion of the SEO and editorial teams
• Maintain and update the team’s workflow tracking tool to ensure every piece of content is visible to the entire team at every stage of development
• Create, maintain and update documentation materials as needed
• Create, maintain and update a single easily accessible repository for all documentation materials
• Facilitate communication between the content team and internal stakeholders
• Assist the director of content and managing editor with key editorial-related tasks as needed

Who you are:

• Have at least one to three years of experience working on a content creation team
• Are highly organized and have a strong attention to detail 
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills (although you don’t need to be a writer)
• Can handle multiple diverse and high-volume tasks simultaneously
• Have a working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (although you don’t need to be an expert)
• Have experience working in WordPress or similar content management systems
• Are a creative and strategic thinker who can quickly identify and resolve problems
