Job Summary:

Weare looking for a talented and experienced EDM (Email Marketing) Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing and a strong track record of driving engagement and conversions through email campaigns. As an EDM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to promote our products/services, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Plan and create email campaigns, including designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and optimizing email content for deliverability and engagement.
• Segment email lists based on customer data and behavior to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including scheduling, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
• Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email performance and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in developing and executing email campaigns.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and spam regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
