Your Role and Responsibilities
The EDM Sr. Practitioner role is responsible for the operational processing of employee data, providing back-office HR services to our clients, and the processing and maintenance of tools used in EDM end-to-end back-office operations.
- Employee information linkage
- Checking employee data submission status, posting to standard templates, checking data, creating import files, and handling other inquiries, etc.
- Confirmation of organization information
- Confirmation of registration status of organization information to SFs, progress management, and other inquiries, etc.
- Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English and Japanese languages
- Amenable to work on a dayshift and in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub)
- Fluency in Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading in Japanese and English languages
- Amenable to work in a 100% Return to Office Set up
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- JLPT Certification is a plus
