EDM Sr. Practitioner - Japanese Bilingual

Your Role and Responsibilities
​​​​​​​ The EDM Sr. Practitioner role is responsible for the operational processing of employee data providing back-office HR services to our clients and the processing and maintenance of tools used in EDM end-to-end back-office operations.

• Employee information linkage
• Checking employee data submission status posting to standard templates checking data creating import files and handling other inquiries etc.
• Confirmation of organization information
• Confirmation of registration status of organization information to SFs progress management and other inquiries etc.
• Speaking Writing Listening Reading in Japanese and English languages

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English and Japanese languages
• Amenable to work on a dayshift and in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub)
• Fluency in Speaking Writing Listening Reading in Japanese and English languages
• Amenable to work in a 100% Return to Office Set up

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• JLPT Certification is a plus
