You are a detail-oriented and organized K-12 Program Coordinator with an ability to build trusting relationships and ensure positive learning experiences. What You'll Do

  • Work with the K-12 Outreach Coordinator during school implementations of the QuantHub Data Literacy Program in the state of Alabama.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, deploy, and evaluate teacher professional development and middle and high school Data Literacy programs using a self-paced instructional software.
  • Develop documentation to ensure school personnel buy-in, trust, and adoption.
  • Adapt implementation plans per school use cases and needs depending on class selection, technology access, and school goals.
  • Maintain close relationships with district and school administration and teachers.
  • Assist in the communication of program information to all K-12 principals, assistant principals, and subject area supervisors.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for evaluation and value demonstrations.
  • Assist with alignment of curriculum, assessment, and instruction to district goals and state standards.
  • Assist in execution of ongoing engagement campaigns such as competitions and email campaigns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for educators and administrators and respond professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Some travel is required for quarterly team retreats and on-site school assistance and data collection.

Requirements

  • Experience of 3+ years within the K-12 public education sector, preferred in the state of Alabama, either as a public education employee or vendor.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in education, communication, or related field with experience or certification in implementation and project management.
  • Experience in impact tracking, data collection, and data analysis.
  • A proven track record in effective and persuasive communication with experience presenting to decision-makers and providing implementation guidance.
  • Existing community involvement in STEM initiatives and/or equal access to STEM education.
  • Organization and the ability to prioritize effectively.
