Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop high quality assessment content using subject matter expertise, Renaissance content guidelines, and state educational standards.
• Develop Renaissance content guidelines using subject matter expertise and knowledge of Renaissance products.
• Build and improve processes and procedures using expertise in assessment content development. 
• Give and receive feedback to improve the development of assessment content
• Evaluate data for accuracy and make data driven decisions.
• Use department software for data management, data analysis, and content development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of educational content development or classroom experience in a primary (K-2) school setting.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bonus points for:

• Bachelor’s in Early Learning
• Classroom experience implementing methodologies aligned to Science of Reading.
• Background supporting students with accommodation needs and/or dyslexia. 
• Proficient level of knowledge of Renaissance products. 
• Experience supporting and/or implementing large-scale summative assessment programs .

Additional Information

Salary Range: $46,000-$63,000.

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
