ExamFX , a division of Ascend Learning, is the industry leader in online training for insurance licensing and securities exams. As a nationally-approved education provider, our course content is constantly being updated to align with the ever-changing information presented in state exams.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the planning, processes, coordination and running of Educational Support products such as Public Live On-line courses, Custom-Live courses and Live In-Person courses for ExamFX. The role is responsible owning all classroom logistics including the day-to-day administration of running online classes, pulling rosters, development of applicable calendars based on sales projections, student registration, inventory management, process and system development and implementation, assisting with forecasting needs and development and analysis of associated metrics.

Objectives of this role:

  • Coordinate all public and custom live online classes
  • Manage all classroom logistics
  • Interdepartmental collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Instruction, and Client Success

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily planning, production, and execution of live online classes
  • Lead all facets of the live online class process, including scheduling, coordination of instructors, and post-event reporting
  • Provide support for instructors
  • Maintain public live online class calendar
  • Evaluate classroom KPI's and report to key stakeholders to ensure proper frequency and profitability
  • Manage webinar interactivity: chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, surveys, and act as a moderator

Job Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of webinar and/or digital event planning experience
  • Experience with GoTo Training, Webex, and Zoom preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
