EDUCATION TECHNICIAN, NF-03/RFT, CAMP HANSEN

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in education or a related field appropriate to work of the position, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR three years of practical experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above in understanding basic education principles and processes.
2. Must be willing to travel to MCCS Education Centers at other camps when necessary.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Knowledge of Voluntary Off-Duty Education, military structure, procedures and terminology preferred.
2. Effective communication skills are required, as well as a demonstrated ability to meet and deal effectively with all military grades and people from diverse backgrounds with a variety of educational goals.
3. Knowledge of office administration management and understanding of tuition assistance and other financial aid available for military personnel and family members.
