Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Electrical engineering for control and power panel integration into chiller products. Experience in the design and/or integration of variable frequency power electronics is preferred.
• Ability to size and select applicable electrical components and wiring to operate motors, valves, etc.
• Ability to create, edit and read electrical power and control schematics.
• Ability to create and modify I/O mapping of electronic controls.
• Collaborate with product management, software, chiller systems, and compression engineering to define controls and motor controller requirements.
• Work with the supply chain to identify suppliers to produce our control and motor control solutions.
• Provide oversight of our control and motor control products.
• Ensure code compliance is maintained.

Travel: Less than 10%, International

Candidate Attributes:

• BS or MS in Electrical or related engineering
• 0 to 5 years of experience in this technology space
• Project leadership experience preferred
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, primarily in English
• Leadership and teamwork skills required
