Job Description
The focus of Commercial Operations is to ensure that the sales organization has effective customer engagements by providing commercial and technical competency programs; developing commercial messaging and sales communications; implementing modern sales processes & technology; and managing change. Commercial Operations is leading the transformation of the RA salesforce to customer-focused, outcome-based selling in alignment with the company's sales strategy.
The Sales Strategy & Commercial Readiness team is focused on driving this transformation supporting key growth areas, including: the Enterprise Software Sales team, the High Velocity Sales team, and all commercial acquisition integration activity.
The Effectiveness Manager is effectively the chief of staff, for the Sales Strategy & Commercial Readiness Director, partnering on overall priorities and strategic direction of the function. This role works to drive alignment regionally, globally, and cross functionally across Commercial Operations and other functions and acts as a project manager for key efforts being driven by the function.
This position can be Remote anywhere in the Unites States or in Toronto, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the intake of demand to scope, size, and prioritize of most impactful initiatives across the function.
- Orchestrate and continuously improve team operating rhythm including planning cadence, road mapping, scrum meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Organize and drive execution on the portfolio of key programs & projects, ensuring participation from cross-functional contributors, on time execution, decision-making, roadblock removal, and escalations as needed.
- Drive regular change management and communication to ensure efforts are being deployed and adopted effectively and consistently by the global regions and other stakeholder functions.
- Develop a measurement and evaluation method to regularly assess program strengths, analyze program risks, and identify areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technical or a related field.
- Ability to travel 10%, 1 time per quarter

Preferred Qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in sales, marketing or operations.
- Proven experience in program / project management.
- Demonstrated capability to work on multiple types of activities at any one time.
- Ability to collaborate with other organizations within RA, and with global teams.
- Interpersonal, leadership, organizational and written/verbal communication skills; ability to sell ideas and present strategies at an executive level.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead with influence.

The Base Salary Compensation range for this role is $141,500.00 - 169,800.00 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience
