Job Description
Responsible for the processing of electronic funds transfer ACH files from approved Third Party Payment Processors for TAB Bank. Trains other EFT employees on processing TPPP ACH files as needed. Cross trained to support the other EFT work groups. Knowledgeable of and compliant with all FED, FDIC and TAB Board of Directors EFT regulations and EFT policies. Adheres to all TAB Bank policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational objectives within EFT and across TAB operational departments.
- Monitors and balances originated TPPP ACH files.
- Handles ACH origination file exceptions in Affirmative Technologies software
- Operational processing for all outgoing TPPP related ACH files and items.
- Troubleshooting and escalation of operational issues as needed.
- Maintains compliance with regulations and sustains controls relating to TAB Bank's EFT and commercial banking products.
- Reporting, data analysis, and account reconciliation as needed.
- Handles internal and external phone calls regarding ACH processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Previous banking or accounting operations experience in exception processing, balance control, end of day processing, or account maintenance preferred.
- Some college in business discipline or accounting preferred.
- AAP and/or APRP NACHA certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and able to work in an organized manner.
- Works thoroughly and with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Keen troubleshooting ability and problem solving skills.
- Solid basic accounting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work in a team to meet various daily and monthly operational deadlines in tandem with project driven goals.
