The EHS Data Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for synthesizing EHS data into actionable insights that drive significant impact to the organization.

This position is part of the EHS Corporate team located in Miami and will be a hybrid position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the EHS Training, analytics and compliance team and report to the Senior Manager of EHS Corporate Programs responsible for managing a wide range of EHS compliance, performance and sustainability data creating dashboards and other analytics. If you thrive in a data-driven analytical environment role and want to work to build a cutting edge EHS dashboard which contains data visualization and predictive analytics as part of a world-class Environmental Health and Safety organization-read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collect and analyze data;
• Use graphs, infographics, PowerBI, Tableau, and other methods to visualize data;
• Structure large data sets to extract usable information;
• Create dashboards/reports to establish KPI's to monitor actuals vs targets;
• Work with EHS team members to identify opportunities for improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Technology, Business or similar discipline;
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Experience working within Beckman Coulter in internship role

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SharePoint and Power BI
