About the Role:

The EHS Manager role at the Manawa location is directly responsible for overseeing the environmental, health, safety and security (EHS&S) programs, policies and initiatives in supporting our food processing facilities, DC and office areas. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• The EHS&S Manager is responsible to lead EHS&S for 3 manufacturing facilities (1,000,000 square feet) with approximately 700-750 employees working across multiple shifts and in multiple locations within Manawa, WI.
• Implements/maintains consistent EHS&S management systems, including control designs, methods, procedures (Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions/Standard Work) and programs.
• Measures, audits and evaluates the effectiveness of EHS&S management systems and programs using Corporate and other tools and programs.

Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant human resources needs predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts occasionally required.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• 5+ years' experience in responsibility for a large manufacturing facility or equivalent knowledge/exposure. Food plant processing experience a plus, although not required.
• BA/BS degree in related field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, occupational safety, industrial engineering) desired but not required.
• Experience in managing complex projects, workers' compensation claims and/or occupational nurse.
