EHS Non-Tech Project/Program Management
Job Description
Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and those necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.
Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate. Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet).
Handles confidential matters. Generates Purchase Requests. May arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, support agenda management.
Support data collection for materials & financial resources.
COVID-19 Program Administrator
- Assign all NA cases to identified EHS Advisors
- Case Management: Initial, follow-up contact and close cases for SCLA region
- Email to manager, HR and close contacts
- Regulatory compliance submittals
- Test kit distribution
Ergonomic Program Administrator
- Validate office ergo training
- Schedule in person or virtual ergonomic assessments
- FSR submittals
- Send email of completed assessment form plus how to order ergonomic equipment
- Follow-up contact to determine if additional ergonomic services are requested
- Close ergonomic assessment request

- Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

U.S. Salary Range:
$64,000.00 - $88,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
