Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) is a facet within GTI (Global Technology Infrastructure) that is the underlying infrastructure that ties the enterprise together and drives what the rest of the organization can do. Their focus is to create the best possible client experience, to deliver innovation with new capabilities that meet the needs of the business, and to commit to the highest standards of infrastructure stability. With a user-centric approach, ideation and imagination is encouraged-- creating not only the infrastructure for the bank, but the foundation that keeps clients operating every day.

High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
