eLearning Developer Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain eLearning courses using various media and authoring tools and working in collaboration with subject matter experts, learning designers, media developers, editors, and others.
• Collaborate on product and process design, planning, and documentation for content development, in particular serving as the authoring tool owner/expert.
• Support product development by organizing, outsourcing, reviewing, and managing project workflows and tasks.
• Contribute to authoring tool development and maintenance, including feature requests and documentation of best practices.
• Perform and/or manage quality reviews of eLearning products to ensure appropriate display and functionality of learning components.

Experience

• 2+ years of eLearning experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Adobe Articulate or experience with authoring tool preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with can-do attitude
