eLearning Specialist

The eLearning Specialist is a member of the Education Services team and is responsible for maintaining and creating new and existing eLearning/instructional videos, maintaining, and administering the learning management system, and partnering with the instructional designer on the curriculum and documentation.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for designing and maintaining all client-facing e-learning content
• Responsible for LMS system administration, curriculum publishing, and curriculum testing
• Works with the Director of Education Services and the ES instructional designer to determine curriculum needs and priorities
• Works with the instructional designer to set style guidelines and processes for content consistency
• Develops and follows a project plan for delivery
• Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Captivate OR SME knowledge of Baker Hill NextGen

Requirements

• BA Instructional Design, Business, Finance, or Education (or related studies) preferred
• 2-3 yrs administering learning management systems, creating e-Learning content, building software training curriculum and accompanying documentation
• 2-3 yrs technical writing and/or instructional design; Adobe Creative Suite (specifically FrameMaker and Captivate) experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert in content creation/technical writing, with a proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in e-learning, such as creating content through Adobe Captivate, and working with LMS systems preferred
• Banking or credit analyst or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in Project Management or equivalent work experience preferred
