Electrical Design Engineer

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of various stages of design from concept through to detailed submissions for MV & LV networks.
• Produce or modify engineering deliverables for equipment, systems or installations for low to medium complexity engineering assignments.
• Preparation of design reports, technical notes and calculations for MV & LV networks.
• Assists in the preparation of Contract Documents including Specifications, cost estimation and Bills of Quantities for Tender purposes.
• Coordinates with the factory/global design team to ensure timely delivery, quality and at targeted cost of design tasks.
• Leads in the implementation of innovative design solutions using the latest industry standards considering quality, safety and sustainability as a minimum.
• Supervises subordinates, providing guidance and mentorship, as necessary.
• Reports on progress to the Project Manager and Design Manager as necessary.
• Contribute to design reviews and design verification and present it for approval.
• Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Generate design and detailed engineering deliverables for a particular engineering discipline

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Power Engineering.
• 8-15 years of experience in detail engineering design, specifically MV and LV network
• Expertise in Design and Application focus on Electrical System, schematic and control logic.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, specifically Power, Control.
• Excellent communication, co-ordination, interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Thai along with computer literacy is required.
