Summary

- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You must be willing and able to lift and/or carry loads/items up to 40 pounds in weight.
- You are required to wear personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety shoes, and safety glasses or goggles.
- You may be required to work overtime for this position.
- You must be willing and able to obtain and maintain an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Certification for this position.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION : Tasks included: Diagnoses, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of electrical devices, equipment and components including those which are integrated groupings of electrical and related controls containing printed and miniaturized electronic control circuitry AND use of electrical drawings.
