A-1 Desert Electric is seeking a full-time Electrical Estimator/Project Manager. A-1 Desert Electric has been expanding in the Phoenix Metro Valley since 2006. Job Details: This position requires an employee with several years of commercial estimating experience to estimate projects at the bid stage and manage projects once started. Duties and Responsibilities: ^ Prepare bids/estimates and construction schedules (Electrical for commercial T.I.'s, Medical T.I.'s, and commercial ground-ups) ^ Develop and maintain relationships with clients ^ Maintain customer satisfaction ^ Provide direction for projects ^ Maintain control of project costs ^ Troubleshoot problems associated with projects Skill Requirements: ^ Ability to read and understand blueprints ^ Attention to detail ^ Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment ^ Have knowledge of a wide variety of electrical materials and methods of installation ^ Willingness to travel throughout valley to jobsites from main office in Goodyear Qualifications: ^ 5+Yrs. experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in Electrical Industry ^ Experience in electrical construction related software ^ Experience with McCormick estimating software is a plus ^ Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is a plus Benefits: ^ Lucrative Pay ^ Paid Holidays ^ Bonus Opportunities ^ Health Insurance ^ Vision and Dental Insurance ^ Simple IRA matching ^ Life Insurance ^ Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Experience: • Electrical Estimating: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
