Electrical Foreman

Scientific Electricis seeking a highly motivated and experiencedElectrical Foremanto join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control. You will be responsible for running multiple teams of electricians and all other aspects associated with completing a new building. Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various commercial, residential, or industrial projects • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes • Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets • Conduct safety briefings and enforce all safety protocols on the job site • Inspect electrical work for quality and ensure compliance with codes and standards • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems effectively • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Qualifications: • Journeyman Electrician license with aminimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory roleand aminimum of 12 years of field experience • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant electrical codes • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality • Valid NY Drivers license • OSHA 30 Certification Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity for professional growth and development • Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment • Make a real impact on the success of our company Ready to take your electrical career to the next level?
