Electrical Helper – Residential Multi-Family Construction

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and dependable Electrical Helper to support our residential multi-family construction projects across the Phoenix, AZ area. Responsibilities • Assist electricians with electrical installations in apartment, condo, and townhouse buildings • Pull wire, install conduit, mount boxes, and devices • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Operate hand and power tools safely • Stage tools and materials for electricians • Follow layout instructions for rough-in and trim-out • Assist with basic troubleshooting and repairs • Attend daily safety meetings and follow OSHA/company safety standards • Perform other duties as needed QualificationsRequired: • High school diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona weather • Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic Preferred: • Interest in an electrical apprenticeship • Basic knowledge of electrical tools and systems • Bilingual in English and Spanish What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay ($18–$25/hr) • Full-time, consistent work in the Phoenix area • On-the-job training and development • Opportunities for advancement into apprenticeship and beyond • Supportive team and company culture About SCE PowerPlus: We are a national multifamily electrical contractor.
