Electrical Project Manager – High-End Residential
Location:Based inSilicon Valley, with travel to remote project sites worldwide

We’re an electrical contracting company specializing in high-end residential builds, and we’re looking for an experiencedElectrical Project Managerto join our team. You’ll take charge of projects from concept through completion, working alongside a tight-knit crew in a relaxed, no nonsense environment. What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage project schedules to keep timelines on track
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and on-site crews to execute high-end residential systems
• Oversee complete electrical installations — panels, wiring, controls, lighting, and more
• Maintain detailed documentation via Bluebeam and ProCore
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and code compliance
• Solve issues quickly and keep jobs running efficiently
• Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts
• Ensure every project meets safety regulations and high craftsmanship standards
• Travel to remote and exciting job sites across the U.S. and internationally— think coastal builds, mountain properties, and one-of-a-kind homes
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience managing electrical projects, preferably in custom or large-scale residential
• Either:
• A degree in Electrical Engineering
• OR
• A proven track record delivering successful, high-end electrical projects
• Must hold a valid electrical license (or international equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of electrical design, schematics, and NEC compliance
• Proficiency with Autodesk and Procore
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Someone who’s reliable and takes pride in doing things right

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
