Electrical Project Manager

HardHat is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager for work located in the Chandler, Arizona area. Pay is up to $120/salary-locals only at this time. Responsibilities, not limited to the following: • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation. • Collaborate with engineers and architects to create comprehensive system designs and schematics. • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Utilize Prolog and ProCore for project documentation, tracking progress, and managing communications. • Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets for projects. • Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Skills • Strong knowledge of system design principles related to electrical engineering. • Proven experience in construction management within the electrical sector. • Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints for electrical systems. • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques. • Experience using Prolog and ProCore software for project management tasks. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in construction estimating processes. • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
