If you are passionate about leading teams and managing high-quality electrical projects, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Why Choose HomePro? • Full-time position with a competitive salary • Opportunity to lead diverse electrical projects • Access to comprehensive benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision • 401K plan with company match for your future • Company holidays and paid time off for work-life balance • Exclusive employee discounts on cutting-edge home technology products • A supportive, innovative, and inclusive work environmentMain Responsibilities • • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees in division • Confirm that all employees and subcontractors are TDLR qualified • Ensure all roughs and trims are going out on time and being quality walked • Quality walk / punch items are being completed • Be able to project (2-4) weeks of jobs and be staffed appropriately • Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately • Build and maintain customer relationships • Mentor employees • Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Who We're Looking For • Residential Wireman electrical license or better • (5) years residential supervisor experience • Ability to manage 2-8 supervisors and 5-10 subcontractors • Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements • Willingness to learn our Low Voltage business as well • Ability to recruit service techs and subcontractors • Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary Required Education & Experience • At least 1 years of experience in electrical project management • Experience in home automation or related field is a significant advantageJob Purpose The Electrical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and timelines.
