We are currently seeking a full-time experienced project manager. Job Responsibilities: · As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple large projects. Ace has standard operating procedures in place for most aspects of project management, however you will be given full control to manage and deliver results as you see fit. · Oversee all aspects of the project including but not limited to cost projections, budgets, billings, change orders, contract management, customer and supplier relations, pre-con meetings, on-site meetings, labor projections, submittals, RFI’s, purchase orders, closeout documents, etc. · Working with a small company, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles and learn new skills in our ever-changing industry. · In this position, you will be working with a variety of software applications and have the opportunity to grow your skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Procore, and Accubid.
