Electrical Senior Project Manager - Industrial Division

Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing industrial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of large, complex industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead multiple large-scale industrial electrical projects simultaneously • Oversee preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement • Manage project teams, including project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors • Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements • Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and profitability • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and engineers • Resolve project issues and drive decisions that support project goals • Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably within the industrial sector • Proven track record managing complex industrial or large commercial projects ($5M+) • Strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial safety standards, and NEC codes • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Why Owen Electric? • Competitive pay and bonuses • Robust benefits package including health/dental/vision/life and Matched 401K • Paid time off and holidays • Company Vehicle and Gas Card Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
