Electrician- $10,000 Start Incentive

Overview Residential COD work. Minimum of four years (4) years of electrical experience required. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and electrical systems. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance throughout all tasks. Responsibilities • Diagnose, educate, provide three options, and sell jobs. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues. • Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local building codes. • Perform high voltage installations and maintenance as required. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects, including frame carpentry when necessary. • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement. • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. Experience • Excellent sales and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
