Job Description:We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for various electrical positions, including Journeyman Electricians, Electrical Forman, and Trainees. Candidates must be willing to travel across California for project assignments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with experience in both industrial and construction environments. This role requires proficiency in using various electrical tools and equipment, as well as a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion. • Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times. • Provide excellent customer service and communication on job sites. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to perform electrical work efficiently. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system functionality. • Work on low voltage systems as required, ensuring compliance with NEC standards. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects safely and on time. • Renovate existing electrical installations to meet current codes and standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while always adhering to safety protocols. Skills • Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations. • Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance person is preferred. • Ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on teamwork and communication. • Familiarity with voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting purposes. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of the job. • Strong physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or standing for extended periods.
