About us Get Complete Maintenance and Repair is a small, rapidly growing services company officing in Kyle, Texas. We offer a one-stop solution to commercial and residential customers for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and handyman services. Approximately 85% of our business is commercial and 15% residential with many clients being large commercial real estate property owners, management companies, universities and schools. We serve the Austin and San Antonio area and focus on customer satisfaction for long-term relationships. Our customers are our best source of new business with word-of-mouth referrals. Our work environment is: • Fast paced • Exciting • Rewarding • Varied (each day is different) • Includes growth opportunities • Relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere Requirements: • At least three (3) years service experience in electrical work rather than new construction • Journeyman electrician's license • Able to independently diagnose and resolve electrical problems • Confident in electrical abilities • Service oriented to maintain long-term customer relationships • Takes pride in their work and profession • Has drive to excel ```Duties``` - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and electrical problems - Inspect electrical systems and their components for potential issues or malfunctions and resolve - Perform regular maintenance tasks and repairs related to plumbing with industry standard tools - Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and make necessary repairs - Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed ```Skills``` - Strong electrical knowledge and aptitude for solving problems - Proficiency in electrical repairs, installation and maintenance - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively, timely and resolve problems - Knowledge of electrical codes - Experience with electrical equipment, tools, repair and maintenance - Valid driver's license and good driving record for driving service vehicle to customer locations - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
