Electrician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and resi electrical systems, demonstrating proficiency in high/ low voltage applications and the ability to read blueprints. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure safety and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and resi settings. • Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC standards and safety regulations. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently, including frame carpentry tasks as needed. Skills • knowledgeable using voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters for testing electrical components. • Background as an industrial electrician with knowledge of commercial electrical systems. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical documentation related to electrical work. • Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks related to electrical installations. • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and standards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
