Electrician Mechanic

Electrician/ Mechanic We are currently seeking a full time experience field service Mechanic and who is reliable, understands safety and electrical codes, exercises proper workmanship and professionalism. Must have good troubleshoot and communication skills. $30 to $40 Per our Based on experience Responsibilities: • Work and solve problems with a team and individually • Adhere to all quality and safety codes • Install and troubleshoot equipment • Utilize Multimeter and other safety equipment to conduct tests • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems • Submit written reports/ work order/ willing to learn mobile app • Drive work vehicles in the NYC area • Good communication skill with the staff and with the customers ​​Qualifications: • Experience in the construction field • Able to use hand tools and power tools • Able to understand and communicate general electrical knowledge • Understand multimeter functions and testing • Problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Able to read blueprints • Valid driver's license • Verbal and written communication skills • OSHA 30hrs certification Preferred: • Minimum 5 to 10 years electrical experience • Experience working in a leadership role • Clean driving record • Electrical Certification • Intercom, low voltage, security camera experience a plus Additional Benefits: • Paid Federal Holidays • Paid Vacation • Prevailing Wage opportunity in some projects • End of year Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: • New York, NY 10035: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: • Electrical experience: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
