Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and ensure the optimal functioning of electrical systems and equipment at our facility. This is a key role that supports plant availability and efficiency. You would be working on a rotating roster, working 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 days off, and would report directly to our Electrical Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and inspection work orders through SAP
• Maintain all electrical systems and equipment on-site
• Fault finding and maintenance of PLCs, drives, and other control circuits
• Conduct Test and Tag activities to ensure safety compliance
• Manage electrical installations and fabrication projects

About you:

• Relevant trade qualification with current NZ electrical registration
• Strong background in adhering to, promoting and improving Health & Safety protocols
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency in PLC systems and control circuits
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Systems
• Proven track record in fault finding and problem-solving
• Results oriented, with the ability to work on a variety of unconnected projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute across the business
• Flexibility to work a rotating 4x4 shift schedule (24/7 operation)
