Job Description: As an Electrical Contractor at ILLINOIS STATE ELECTRIC you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to electrical installation, maintenance, and repair. You will work on various projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in all work performed. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components. • Keep provided work truck clean • Sales • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time. • Conduct safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: • Valid electrical contractor license. • Proven experience as an electrical contractor or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and customer service skills.
