Electronic Fault Tracer

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronic Fault Tracer to join our team. This role is crucial for providing first-line support for MACH Product issues and returns, managing and investigating all returns, and performing fault tracing on circuit boards and electronic units within the MACH Products scope.

How you'll make an impact

• First Line Support: Address MACH Product issues and returns.
• Return Management: Investigate all returns from testing, project sites and internal customers.
• Fault Tracing: Conduct fault tracing on circuit boards and electronic units in collaboration with our R&D department, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Case Administration: Ensure all cases are administrated in our quality tools.
• Test Competencies: Have knowledge about our test competencies and capabilities, internally as well as externally, knowing which tests can be done at different instances.
• Technology Development: Identify, explore, and implement technology/product development and growth strategies to enhance and secure global positioning.

Your background

• You are an Experienced Professional with practical knowledge of the job area obtained through education and/or work experience.
• You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own work.
• You are a problem-solver who collaborates well with others.
• You can influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbally.
