Electronic Rates and Credit Sales

Your role

Do you have a strong background in Electronic Fixed Income? Are you an outcomes and impact driven individual? Do have a clear vision of what a highly performant Electronic Rates business entails?

We're looking for an Electronic Rates & Credit Salesperson to:
• Provide electronic sales coverage for our US Rates & Credit Institutional client base
• Form strong relationships with the electronic trading platforms, be well informed about new FinTech in the space, and have a strong understanding of market structure changes
• Work in close collaboration with our voice teams (Sales & Trading) as well as our Algo Quants & Product Leads.
• Manage the end-to-end client life cycle for eTrading (enablements, pricing, reviews)

• Support internal projects and automation initiatives

Your team

You'll be joining a strong franchise working in the Global Electronic Fixed Income team, based in New York. We provide a full range of Electronic Rates & Credit products such as Global Government Bonds, IRS, Corporate Bonds and Credit Derivatives. As a US Rates & Credit eSales person, you'll play a vital role in taking our business in Fixed Income markets to the next stage of electronification!

This role requires an individual who will both excel in a client-facing role, as well as playing an important role internally, as you would be bringing together stakeholders from a number of areas.

Your expertise

• Ideally approximately 5 years of Electronic Fixed Income sales experience
• Experienced in Bloomberg, Tradeweb and MarketAxess
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
• Proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on the electronic landscape
• Adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience.
• Able to handle large data sets and extract from it trends and insights.
• A passion for following market structure developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends in Electronic Fixed Income markets, its participants and any new trading protocols.
