Job Duties:

The Elements Product Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple specific short- and long-term projects for all product innovation, development, and commercialization. This includes working with all cross-functional partners to manage the product development process from concept to execution, delivering on time and within budget. This role also includes data analysis, reporting, and product marketing responsibilities. An ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and address any potential issues with product deliverables. They are a strong team player, who is proactive, possesses creative problem-solving skills, and demonstrates good business judgment.

Performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Product Development and Product Launch:

  • Refine and track the scope of a project in collaboration with senior management
  • Identify problems and design, recommend and implement solutions for product development
  • Create a detailed work plan and schedule for product launches that effectively manages project team members
  • Detail the progress of the project and deliverables of each team member, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Contribute in and document regular meetings to effectively communicate and collaborate with all internal cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality

Product Management

  • Track key performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare product training documentation and assets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience and knowledge of product management
  • PMP certification preferable

  • Adaptable: Work well in a small team environment; excel in a dynamic, fast-paced company
