Elite Technical Marketing Manager

BlackBerry is looking for a leader to develop highly effective, technical and values based, messaging for its Elite customers, to strengthen the strategic partnership with our Elite customers. The role is in the Senior Vice President Sustainability & Chief Elite Customer Success Officer's organization, and will be based in San Ramon, California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Understand the power of words to develop content that resonates personally with each Elite customer, to give BlackBerry a technical and value-based competitive advantage.
  • Develop messaging and positioning for BlackBerry solutions, across IoT and Enterprise, targeted and tailored to the strategies and needs of each Elite customer.
  • Craft messaging that emphasizes both the technical and value-based superiority of BlackBerry solutions.
  • Create copy for presentations, whitepapers, leaflets and more, to drive awareness and education of BlackBerry's strategic and technical differentiation and alignment with Elite customers.
  • Follow industry trends and market conditions, and respond with initiative through messaging.
  • Enable the growth of a community of ambassadors across BlackBerry's Elite customers by supporting engagement initiatives with high quality, resonant, messaging.
  • Support the goal of ensuring our relationships with Elite customers are deep and broad, to drive cross-sell, up-sell and stickiness
  • Partner with teammates, including customer success, ecosystem, program marketing, product development, and operations, for success.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years minimum of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2 years minimum of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes product or technical marketing in a B2B technology company.
  • Expert copywriting skills, with the ability to write both technical and strategic content, tailored by vertical, customer and function.
  • Strong SaaS market knowledge, with an emphasis on regulated verticals, and UEM/EMM/MDM.
  • Understanding of technology solutions architectures.
  • Ability to work as a team player, with high emotional intelligence.
  • A high-performance and high-integrity individual, who can manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or speed of execution.
