Email Affiliate Account Manager

We’re Looking For An: Email Affiliate Account Manager who will be responsible for growing and maintaining Golden Hippo’s portfolio of email affiliates and hitting the relevant revenue and ROI target associated, as well as  maintaining and expanding current relationships with strategically important email affiliate partners.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA or Remote
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Will oversee the management of day to day performance of affiliate partners on assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with offer managers, tech, copywriting and creative teams to ensure maximum performance of campaigns
- Initiate and implement optimization strategies (Including negotiating commissions and split testing) to maximize performance.
- Analyze metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV with the use of Supermetrics, Big Query and Excel and provide reporting.Â
- Support team to develop new marketing angles/ creatives for new and existing products.
- Analyze click, conversion, revenue, and ROI metrics of offer performance to make decisions on which creatives/ offers to advertise to maximize performance.Â
- Set up affiliate partners to ensure data is being passed through correctly and being optimized as efficiently as possible.
- Nourish relationships with both new and existing affiliate partners in order to maximize performance as well discover new advertising options
- Staying up to date with Industry trends and competitors activity and proactively voicing suggestions to help drive the company forward.
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Ability to build trust and nurture partner relationships
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both verbally and written.
- Detail and data oriented with the ability to obtain relevant date with limited supervision
- Comprehensive understanding of the affiliate channel
- Can adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
- 3-5 years’ directly related Account Management and/or Digital Affiliate Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid media marketing and/or e-commerce marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
- Digital Marketing In-House or Agency Experience
- Working Experience with SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other relevant field
