Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Design: Design engaging email creatives based on briefs provided by our email marketing team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

• Brand Consistency: Develop email templates and visuals that maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple brands.
• Interactive Visuals: Create dynamic elements like GIFs and animations to elevate engagement and interactivity in emails.
• Collaboration: Work closely with email marketers, content creators, and brand managers to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
• Trend Analysis: Stay on top of design trends in email marketing to keep our brands visually relevant and impactful.
• Optimization: Adapt designs based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve email engagement rates.

• Experience: Proven graphic design experience, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing setting; experience working on email designs is a strong plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with email design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs every time.
• Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects for diverse brands in a deadline-driven environment.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: €1200 - €2500 EUR/per month before taxes
