The Role:

Kitsch is looking for a talented and dynamic Email/Web Graphic Designer to join our team of creative individuals in designing a wide variety of compelling visuals across digital and offline media that inspire and captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for customer-focused visuals, detail-oriented, organized, and has great knowledge of email marketing and social ad design principles. To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, a self-starter, and capable of delivering brilliant creative concepts and ideas with high attention to detail.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with Kitsch’s brand guidelines.
• Design and execute weekly ads that engage the target audience and reflect Kitsch’s brand identity.
• Work closely with the Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
• Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Ability to suggest strategic A/B test for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
• Ability to complete 20-30 emails a month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of email/web design experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Trello for project management.
• Photoshop image editing skills for enhancing and optimizing visual content is a plus.
