As a key member of the Lifecycle Communications Team, the Email Marketing Coordinator will play a tactical role in developing and optimizing the creation of promotional and targeted email campaigns for all CHG brands. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Director, this role will work closely with the team to build and evolve our email marketing program to improve customer engagement and solve the business challenges of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up and production, scheduling, QA/testing
  • Follow emails through approval, edit, and proofing process
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports detailing key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, and opt-out
  • Work cross-functionally to gather assets needed for campaigns
  • Manage inbox replies and facilitate responses and resolution as needed
  • Build and maintain documentation of email automation programs
  • Ensure campaigns are in compliance with CAN-SPAM and privacy best practices
  • Support team projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with email design, segmentation, and operational best practices
  • Basic HTML or above
  • Understanding of email delivery and engagement metrics
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe or Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Excel

Education and Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's with an emphasis on marketing/business administration/information technology (or relevant experience)
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing or marketing operations team

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $40,390 -- $97,990 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
