As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be:

• Collaborating and brainstorming with stakeholders on email-related projects
• Overseeing daily operations to make sure tasks and emails are completed and deployed on time
• Monitoring email deliverability and performance 
• Assist in writing and editing email content as well as providing guidance and feedback to the copy team when applicable 
• Building segments to help us effectively target customers
• Identifying opportunities for optimization and executing A/B tests
• Performing quality assurance checks on segments, template layouts, and content to ensure emails are error-free and meet company standards 
• Compiling email performance metrics and update corresponding reports
• Aiding in the creation of email flows (automated journeys) 

In the first three months of this role, success means complete ownership of email setup, QA, and deployment.

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing 
• Familiarity with Klaviyo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficiency in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Ability to successfully manage and collaborate on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Dedication to meeting deadlines and submitting high-quality work
• A keen eye for detail in regard to design layouts, copy, and accessibility
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
