Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Content & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to our marketing strategy and content development, focusing on email marketing, iGaming tutorial content creation, social media management, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, experience in managing email campaigns, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & CRM Management:

• Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns that engage and retain our audience.
• Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect the latest customer data and preferences.

iGaming Tutorial Content Creation:

• Create, edit, and optimize engaging iGaming tutorials and related content for our WordPress-backed website.
• Utilize SEO best practices to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and maximizes organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the content team to refresh and update existing content, keeping it relevant and effective.

Social Media Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and manage social media content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule posts that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Graphic Creation:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for use in email campaigns, social media, and website content.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality images and designs.
• Ensure all graphics align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.

Affiliate/Wordpress Experience:

• Basic knowledge of Wordpress website structure and management
• Understanding of affiliate link creation

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in email marketing and CRM management, preferably within the iGaming or digital content industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for the iGaming industry is a plus.
