Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Strategy:
- Plan, create, and implement targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to attract new business clients.
- Manage the full email lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and execution through to analysis.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
- Write compelling and engaging email copy with clear calls to action.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure email templates are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure content is optimized for conversion and meets the needs of various stages in the customer journey.
- Set up and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Use marketing automation tools to design and deploy drip campaigns that target various business segments.
- Continuously optimize email automation sequences to improve open rates and lead conversion.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation.
- Monitor email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filtering and blacklists.
- Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with lead generation and customer acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies or partners when necessary for large-scale campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, proven skills and track record working in IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale email marketing campaigns targeting businesses.
- Hands on experience in email marketing tools (Apollo, Million Verifier etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling, and action-driven email content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing email performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and list management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
